Weightroom Expectations 
Students will be given a weight room grade for every visits to the weight room. Total possible points are 25 points.

Most exercises are demonstrated correctly. Going to fast through the warm-ups.

Exercises flow with variety and originality. Most of the exercises are shared between partners.
Variety/Diversity on Auxillary Lift

Students should try to use different machines in the weight room.

Flexibility and warmup
5 pts

Students should be warming up their muscles and stretching to reduce chance of injury. The stretching will be focused on the BFS 1 2 3 4 Flexibility program.

Poor/Off task

Student is preforming skills with little to no effort.
Basic/Average

Students are performing skills with correct form but not pushing themselves for improvement on their flexibility.
Good/Proficient Skills

Student are performing skills with correct form and pushing themselves to increase their flexibility.
