The project is not unique but has creative application. It may be inspired by a currently available product.

The project has no unique characteristics or creative usage.
Prototype

Excellence

Student creates a neat and accurate visual of the prototype design with labels describing essential components.
Good

Student creates a visual of the prototype design but some information may be missing or incomplete.
Fair

Student created a prototype but it does not accurately reflect their product design. May not have all needed labels.
Poor

Student did not create a prototype or prototype does not match product described in presentation.
Explanation

Excellence

Student can thoroughly explain how their product solves the identified problem and why the chosen method works.
