Almost all (about 90%) of the content requirements were met.

Vocabulary & Grammar Content

Each student uses at least 8-10 vocabulary words from Chapter 12, 3 expressions using present subjunctive, a variety of formal, informal and nosotros commands, and a variety of relative pronouns throughout the skit.

EXTRAORDINARIO

Utilizes a wide variety of vocabulary. Takes risks and tries to expand length of sentences. Grammar is highly accurate.
BIEN

Utilizes a variety of vocabulary, but sentences are rather short. Few grammar errors.
MAS O MENOS

Utilizes limited or minimal vocabulary expressions and sentences are short. Occasional grammatical errors.
MAL

Utilizes limited vocabulary, some of which is inaccurate or irrelevant to the task. Several errors with grammar and verb conjugations.
Time Management

EXTRAORDINARIO

Stayed focused during writing and practice times in class. Student was engaged and collaborated with group members. S/he was never off-task and made excellent use of time.
BIEN

Stayed focused the majority of the time during writing and practice times in class. Mostly contributed to group writing/planning having to be reminded 1 time to refocus.
MAS O MENOS

Was unfocused during group planning and did not collaborate well. Had to be redirected more than 1 time. Did not take advantage of time.
MAL

Was unfocused and distracted others during group planning. Did not contribute to group planning of skit. Allowed group members to do his/her share of the work. Wasted time.
Fluency/Comprehensibility

EXTRAORDINARIO

Speaks clearly and distinctly all the time with no unnatural pauses or distractions. Comprehensibility not hindered.
BIEN

Speaks clearly most of the time with few unnatural pauses/distractions. Good comprehension overall.
MAS O MENOS

Speaks clearly and distinctly during several unnatural pauses/distractions. Several instances of incomprehensibility.
MAL

Often mumbles and cannot be understood OR has multiple distractions and unnatural pauses. Poor comprehensibility.
Overall presentation

EXTRAORDINARIO

Student is completely prepared. Shows enthusiasm. Lines are memorized or student refers to notes minimally with an overall authenticity skit incorporating numerous props.
BIEN

Student is fairly prepared. Relies on notes / reads part of the time off of the notes. Several uses of props.
MAS O MENOS

The student is somewhat prepared. Reads most of his/her lines off of the notes. Few or no props.
MAL

Student not prepared to present. Reads all lines from notes or doesn't even have notes. No use of props.
