Report Write Up
Level 1
The student´s report contained very little of the required information. Too many gaps in the plant study to make a complete report. The student did not complete the information for each category.
Level 2
The student´s report contained some of the required information. Report has many gaps in family study. The student complete a little information regarding each category.
Level 3
The student´s report contained most of the required information. Some plant information was left out.
Level 4
This student's report contained all required information (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Family/Species).The information has detail that shows a great amount of effort in researching plant history.
Organization
Level 1
Student's report is not organized as required and it is difficult to follow.
Level 2
Student organized the report with little though about the order.
Level 3
Student organized most of the information as required.
Level 4
Student followed all of the directions (written requirements) for organizing the plant study. All pages were in order and organized and titled as required. Great care and effort was shown.
Creativity
Level 1
The student shows a lack of creativity.
Level 2
The student shows creativity in the presentation of the report; however the report is not neatly bound.
Level 3
The student shows some creativity in presentation of the report. The report is neatly bound.
Level 4
The report is presented neatly. The student shows a great amount creativity.
Pictures
Level 1
The student did not include any pictures.
Level 2
The included some pictures, but do not accurately depict the information.
Level 3
The student included pictures to show the correct category.
Level 4
The students pictures are clear and match the information they included. The may have included more than one picture.
