My Plate model Student will label the food groups in the My Plate model.	Beginner Labeling was attempted, yet missing two or more items to be included.	Novice Student provided correct names of food groups, but was unable to demonstrate proper proportions in the model.	Expert Student provided names of all food groups in the model and provided the correct proportions.
Food Groups Student will list at least three foods in each of the food groups.	Beginner Student listed no foods in each food group or could list only one food in each group.	Novice Student listed one or two foods in each food group.	Expert Student listed three foods in each food group.
Benefits of each food group Student will list one benefit of each food group.	Beginner Student listed no benefits or one benefit of less than three of the food groups.	Novice Student listed one benefit of three or four of the food groups.	Expert Student listed one benefit of each of the five food groups.
