Tutorial Video Assignment Students will create a short instructional/tutorial video about the topic given in class.

Video Production How well is the video put together? Was the audio clear?	Does Not Meet Requirement Video is not well put together. Audio is unclear, choppy or muffled. Students' voice is not clear or the student does not speak clearly and slowly enough to be understood.	Approaching Competency Video is moderately well put together. Audio is fairly clear. Student instructions are clear most of the time.	Competency Video is very well put together. Movements on the screen, clips or transitions are used effectively. Audio is clear, student is able to be heard. Instructions are given in a clear and even tone that is easy to hear and follow.
Instructional Steps Do the steps in the video make sense? Are the steps in the correct order?	Does Not Meet Requirement Steps were out of sequence. Video did not make sense. More than just a couple steps need repair.	Approaching Competency Only one step out of sequence. Video still made sense even though sequence was out of order. The steps shown were going in the right direction, but more should be added to improve video.	Competency All steps were in the right sequence. The video made perfect sense. The steps did not need to be improved. Video flows nicely.
Details Explain what goes into each step in the instructional video. Enough detail is given so that the steps could be easily repeated by someone watching the video.	Does Not Meet Requirement Hardly any details. Only one specific detail used throughout video. Example does not help explain instructional steps.	Approaching Competency Some use of details. Even details used were not explained well. Minimum of three specific details throughout video.	Competency Video is very detailed. At least 5 specific details were used. The details added to the greatness of the video.
