Medical Ethics Case Study and Oral Presentation
Students are to work in three groups to define the type of Malpractice or Tort that took place. State where the negligence occurred, what the patient originally presented for, what went wrong, how it could have been prevented, what the case settlement was, what they would do in the position of the physician, what they would do in the position of the patient and how they would decide as a jury.
