Outstanding effort and neatness. The project was continued until it was as complete as it could be. Gave effort far beyond that required. Pride in going beyond the requirement.

Average effort and neatness. Worked to complete the project but with a little more effort could have been outstanding.

Satisfactory effort and neatness. Project was finished but it could have been improved with more effort. Or knew how to do the project but didn't finish. Or chose an easy project and worked carelessly.

Insufficient effort and neatness. Completed project with minimum effort.
Skill

Level 4

Exceptional skill and techniques. Art work was beautifully and patiently done. It was as good as hard work could make it.
Level 3

Average skill and techniques. With a little more effort the work could have been outstanding, lacks the finishing touches.
Level 2

Developing skill and techniques. It was of average craftsmanship, adequate, but not as good as it could have been, a bit careless.
Level 1

Minimal skill and techniques. Below average craftsmanship. Showed lack of pride in finished project.
