	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Grammar and Punctuation	Poor Student did not write in complete sentences, and has trouble with grammar and punctuation.	Fair Student wrote in complete sentences, but contains mistakes in both grammar and punctuation.	Good Student wrote in complete sentences, but contains a small amount of either grammar or punctuation mistakes.	Excellent Students wrote in complete sentences, using all correct punctuation and grammar.
Labeling of Diagram	Poor Student did not label their diagram and show the correct order of the cycle.	Fair Student missed 1-2 labels and didn't show the correct order of the cycle.	Good Student missed 1-2 labels, or didn't show the correct order of the cycle.	Excellent Student correct labeled each part of their diagram and arrows ensured the cycle was in the correct order.
Diagram Creativity	Poor Student did not complete diagram.	Fair Student did not use many drawing or color on their diagram.	Good Student drew their diagram but did not provide color.	Excellent Student colored and showed creativity in their drawing.
Neatness and organization	Poor Students work was impossible to read and work was not organized in a legible way.	Fair Students diagram was messy and hard to understand, and organization was jumbled.	Good Student was organized, but labels and drawings were messy or rushed.	Excellent Student was neat and organized with project, handwriting was easy to read and drawings were neat.
