In this activity, you assume the role of renowned investigator, Black Jaques Sherlaques! You've been called to the Canadian Consulate. The President of Yattastania has been poisoned at dinner! Reviewing the menu, there are 4 possible contaminants. Determine their nutrients & identity. First, you need training. Go to eCampusLive to learn nutrient testing for sugars, carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids. Then, test samples from the crime scene. Who dunnit? It's your job to find out.
