This rubric gives different criteria for lower body form and arms/upper body form for running.

Complete elbow extension<BR>

Beginner
Moves inconsistently along path, traveling off path and returning 3 or more times.
Emerging
Stays mostly on path but wastes movement returning to mid-line
Developing
Usually stays on path and uses little effort to regain rhythm.
Proficient
Consistently stays on path and in rhythm.
