Basketball Dribbling
	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts	Great 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Eyes/Head Up	Fair Students are looking down towards the basketball (5-7) times. Students are not using the correct form.	Good Students are looking down towards the basketball (3-5) times. Bare Minimum sighting of form being used correctly.	Great Students only are looked down at the basketball 1 time. Form was correct for most of the time.	Excellent Students did not look down with their eyes/head. Correct form was used during all times.
Finger-Tips	Fair Students are using everything besides there finger tips, (5-10) times while dribbling. Students are not using the correct form.	Good Students are using everything besides their finger tips, (3-4) times while dribbling. Students are not hardly using the correct form.	Great Students are using everything besides their fingertips when dribbling the basketball. (1) time. Students are using the correct form most of the time.	Excellent Students are perfectly using their finger tips only while dribbling the basketball. Students are using the correct form at all times.
Knees Bent	Fair Students are not bending their knees, causing them to lose balance and effecting their ability to change direction quick. Students are not using the correct form.	Good Students are bending their knees only 1 time, rest of time student is standing straight up (No Bend in Knees) Students are not using correct form besides 1-2 times.	Great Student is bending knees most of time, however, still stands straight at least 1 time. Student is using correct form most of the time, sometimes does not.	Excellent Students do not stand straight up at all, and are always bending knees. Students use correct form all the time.
