	Excellent 5 pts	Good 4 pts	Satisfactory 3 pts	Developing 2 pts
Grammar & Vocabulary	Excellent Language is mostly accurate and there are few errors (1-2) in the language.	Good Language is somewhat accurate with some errors (3-4) in the language.	Satisfactory Language is semi-accurate with some errors (5-6) in the language.	Developing Language is not accurate and has consistent errors (7-8) in the language.
Fluency	Excellent Delivery is natural with minimal errors (1-2) that do not prohibit communication.	Good Delivery is fairly natural, with some errors (3-4) that slightly prohibit communication.	Satisfactory There is a degree of fluency, but the speaker stops often, and there are errors often (5-6) that prohibit communication.	Developing There is little to no fluency within the delivery, and errors (7-8) are made to which the speaker is not effectively communicating in the target language.
Content	Excellent The speaker addresses all prompts provided in the target language.	Good The speaker most of the prompts provided in the target language.	Satisfactory The speaker addresses some of the prompts provided in the target language.	Developing The speaker does not address the prompts provided or does not do so in the target language.
