Fluency	Excellent No hesitation in pace. Punctuation pauses are present. Learner reads fluently and needs no help.	Good Reads fluently. Rarely needs help.	Fair Knows some words but stops in order to spell a word and make out sentences.	Poor Learner often gets stuck and needs help to continue.
Volume	Excellent Learners reads clearly and confidently. Changed volume, louder and softer, according to reading.	Good Learner reads at an adequate volume and learners is able to be heard clearly.	Fair Learner reads at a low volume and can only slightly be heard.	Poor Teacher and learners were unable to hear learner read.
Clarity	Excellent Learner pronounced all words correctly and read with confidence.	Good Learner pronounced all words correctly.	Fair Learner rarely mumbled. Did not understand all words.	Poor Learner mumbled a lot and was unclear about reading.
