Punctuality & Attendance Class is scheduled for 3 days each week. Student should promptly report to class and then request needed break [restroom] after attendance is established. Breaks from classroom should be infrequent and as necessary.	Poor Student is tardy to class or absent 2 or more times a week. Student requests break from class more than 2 times a week	Fair Student is tardy to class 1 times a week. Student requests break from class more 2 times a week	Good Student is on time to class but Student immediately asks for break 1 time a week.	Excellent Student is not tardy to class at all this week. Student remained in class
Use of Electronics Cell usage and computer usage not for class assignment is prohibited unless specifically instructed by teacher.	Poor Student used electronics inappropriately 3 or more times a week.	Fair Student used electronics inappropriately 2 times a week.	Good Student used electronics inappropriately 1 time a week.	Excellent Student only uses electronics for class related assignments or as instructed by teacher.
