Identifying food groups (Fruits, vegetables, dairy, meats, and grains)	Excellent Student can identify all five food groups easily.	Good Student can identify all five food groups, but it takes them a while and they need scaffolding.	Fair Student can identify 3 or 4 food groups.	Needs Improvement Student can identify 1 or no food groups.
Identifying foods within groups Carrots for veggies,<BR> Apples for fruit, ect.	Excellent Student can identify a food from each group easily.
