Underhand Throwing Underhand Throwing PE 2.1: Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of activities. b. Demonstrates the underhand throw/underhand strike. Directions: The teacher will demonstrate basic underhand throwing to a target. Students will have 5 throw attempts and will be graded on the four skills, not the accuracy of each throw.
