Voice and Eye Contact	Level 4 Student speaks with an appropriate loud voice and uses excellent voice expression. Eye contact is constantly maintained with the audience.	Level 3 Student speaks with an appropriate voice and uses good voice expression. Eye contact is maintained with the audience.	Level 2 Student speaks with an appropriate voice some of the time and uses satisfactory voice expression. Eye contact is sometimes maintained with the audience.	Level 1 Student speaks with a low voice and does not use any voice expression. Eye contact is not maintained with the audience.
Pronunciation and Articulation	Level 4 Student consistently speaks with clear pronunciation and articulates each word correctly.	Level 3 Student speaks with clear pronunciation and articulates most words correctly.	Level 2 Student speaks with some appropriate pronunciation and articulates some words correctly.	Level 1 Student speaks with poor pronunciation and and does not articulate words correctly.
