Jumping Rope

Poor

Cannot flip rope over head, cannot jump or step over rope, trips or catches rope every attempt, rope does not make complete revolution over their head
Fair

Able to successfully rotate rope >50 % of the time. Able to step or jump over a stationary rope, needs cues for each step of the sequence. Emerging ability to jump over a moving rope.
Good/Proficient

Able to demonstrate proper rope and jumping technique for 1 moving jump sequence, needs to stop between each jump. Successful 80% of the time for each trial.

Can jump rope with either a step or jump over pattern consistently and smoothly for >10 repetitions.
