	Exemplary 5 pts	Developing 3 pts	Needs Improvement 1 pts
Identification of Issues	Exemplary Identifies & demonstrates an understanding of all the main issues in the case study	Developing Identifies and demonstrate an understanding of most of the main issues in the case study	Needs Improvement Identifies and demonstrates an understanding of a few or none of the issues in the case study
Analysis and Evaluation	Exemplary Presents an insightful and thorough analysis of all the identified issues	Developing Presents a thorough analysis of most of the identified issues	Needs Improvement Presents a superficial of incomplete analysis of some of the identified issues
Effective Solutions/Strategies	Exemplary Supports diagnosis and opinions with strong arguments and documented evidence for solutions to all issues in the case study	Developing Supports diagnosis and opinions with limited reasoning and limited documented evidence for the issues in the case study	Needs Improvement Little or no action is suggested and/or inappropriate solutions are proposed for the issues in the case study
