Content & Development 70 %	Exceeds Requirements - Content is comprehensive, accurate, and persuasive with a strong lead - Main points are stated clearly and are well supported. - Content and purpose of the task is clear. - All GROW model aspects have been addressed.	Meets Requirements - Content is not comprehensive and /or summative. - Some main points are addressed, but not well supported. - Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose of the specific task. - Some GROW model aspects have been addressed.	Does Not Meet Requirements - Content is incomplete. - Major points are not clear and /or summative. - No GROW model aspects have been addressed.
Organisation & Structure 20 %	Exceeds Requirements - Structure of the assignment is clear and easy to follow. - Flow of ideas fluid and logical.	Meets Requirements - Structure of the assignment is not that easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need some improvement.	Does Not Meet Requirements - Organisation and structure detract from the content. - The assignment is disjointed and lack transition of thoughts.
Format, Punctuation, Grammar & Spelling 10 %	Exceeds Requirements - Assignment follows designated guidelines and instructions. - Assignment is the appropriate length as described in the instructions. - Very few or no faults with respect to spelling/accentuation or punctuation. - Rules of grammar and usage are followed. - Language is clear and precise; sentences display consistently strong, varied structure.
