HISTORICAL EVENTS TIMELINE HISTORICAL EVENTS TIMELINE Directions: Students are to create a timeline concerning important medical events you believe had most impact on Modern Day Care. There should be at least 20 events chosen, and you must have at least two from each era. Students are to include pictures that they believe represent the event on their timeline (you can either cut & paste or draw pictures). Title	Poor Titles are not appropriate or accurate.	Fair Some titles: specific, appropriate, accurate.	Good Most titles: specific, appropriate, accurate.	Superior All titles: sprcific, appropriate, accurate.
Pictures	Poor No evidence of pictures for events.	Fair Made pictures for some events.	Good Made pictures for most events.	Superior Made pictures for all events.
Labeling	Poor Has few or none of the events. Does not include: chronological order, no dates, not specifically labeled.	Fair Has has at least 5 of the of events. Each has: some dates and most events are in proper chronological order.	Good Has all the events. Each has: dates, specific labels, proper chronological order.	Superior Each event has: dates, specific labels, proper chronological order.
Neatness	Poor	Fair Difficlut to read, sloppy, showls little thought and planning.	Good	Superior Shows careful thought & planning. Is understandable, legible, and neat.
Details/ID Information	Poor Doesn't give sufficient or proper information.	Fair Gives a few details necessary for indentifying information.	Good Gives proper indentifying information in bullet point form.	Superior Gives proper indentifying information in complete sentences.
