Content	Fair Student was able to follow instructions with a few errors, and added technical requirements to the non-chronological report while needing more supervision.	Good Student was able to follow instructions and correctly added technical requirements to the non-chronological report with minimum supervision.	Excellent Student was able to follow instructions to the detail and correctly added technical requirements to the non-chronological report with little to no help.
