out and accurately represents the
skills, abilities and interests of
the student in five complete paragraphs as described in the career plan layout guide.
Fair

The career plan shows some thought and roughly represents the skills, abilities and interests of the student. The career plan uses paragraph structure, however the five paragraph format is not followed accordingly.(per career plan layout guide)
Poor

The career plan shows little or no thought. It does not represent the skills, abilities and interests of lifelong learning. There may be some paragraph structure but the career plan is difficult to follow due to lack of following guidelines.
Career Goals

Good

Student identifies a career growth and clearly states how he/she will obtain both short term and long term goals.
Fair

Student may identify a modality that he/she may want to go into but does not explain the path to obtain that goal
Poor

Student does not plan past graduation from high school.
Educational Goals

Good

Student identifies how he/she would like to continue education, what degree or credentials he/she will be seeking and has a plan to obtain continuing education.
Fair

Student will address the need to obtain continuing education but does not have a plan to follow throught with this. Student also identifies the desire to continuing their education but does not have a plan of action.
Poor

Students does not address continuing their education beyond current educational status.
