Performed all of the techniques used correctly and without hesitation. Displayed complete knowlege of the steps to complete techniques resulting in a complete/satisfactory experience for recipient.

Performed most of the steps of the techniques used. Displayed little hesitation to complete the steps to accomplish creating a satisfactory experience for recipient.

Some of the steps of the techniques were omitted. Hesitation was shown to complete steps of the techniques, therefore resulting in a less satisfactory experience for recipient.

Professionalism

Dressed professionally and used proper hygiene. Supplies are clean and sufficient for massage treatments. No excess of odor perfume or otherwise.

Attire is conducive to the safety and performance of massage. Hygiene such as cleanliness, hair out of face, nails are clean and trimmed. No odors (perfumes, smoke or excessive body odor) are emitting from therapist.

Attire is less conducive to the safety and performance of massage. Attention to Hygiene is needed ie; hair in face or nails untrimmed. Some odor is present that is unpleasant/overwhelming to the treatment recipient.

Attire needs improvement for the safety and performance of massage. Hygiene needs improvement; therapist shows lack of attention to details of appearing clean or emitting an unpleasant or overwhelming odor.

Attire requirements have been overlooked and is not conducive to the safety and performance of massage. Practical hygiene is lacking; therapist looks unclean or disheveled or is emitting unpleasant or overwhelming odor.
