Play Writing
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Biblical Message/Skit Description	Poor Description of the storyline is vague.	Fair Description is too long and/or wordy. Description somewhat accurately describes the play.	Good Accurately describes the storyline of the play in a few sentences.
Props and Cast	Poor Is missing cast members, many and/or props.	Fair Is missing some of the cast members or the props used.	Good All props, and cast members are listed.
Stage Directions	Poor The script is lacking most of either the entries, exits and other stage directions.	Fair The script contains some of the entries, exits and stage directions	Good The script contains all entries, exits and stage directions for the characters.
Scenes	Poor The script is not broken into sensible scenes and/or does not have a sentence describing the scene.	Fair The script is broken into scenes that do not make sense. Or the sentence describing the scene is not accurate.	Good The script is accurately broken into scenes with a sentence describing the scene.
Directions/Assignment Completion	Poor Missed three or more components of the assignment	Fair Group missed two components of the assignment	Good Group followed all directions; They submitted a script, and was prepared to perform on the assigned date.
Mechanics	Poor Script has 4 or more spelling mistakes and/or grammatical errors.	Fair Script has 3 spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.	Good Script has no more than 2 spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.
Copy of Script	Poor Sloppy copy of script handed in. Lacks organization. Not typed.	Fair Typed copy of script handed in, but not well-organized.	Good Typed copy turned in. Clear and well organized.
