Sectioning Student demonstrates clean partings during braiding	Poor Student struggles getting a straight section	Fair Student sections hair but its not in the middle or in the correct spot. to much ahir on one side.	Good Student sections braid nice and neat down the middle or in the correct spot. even amount of hair on each side.
Comb and brushes Student demonstrates correct use of comb and brush.	Poor Students struggles with the proper way to hold the comb and brush.	Fair Student holds the comb and brush in way that is not ergonomically safe.	Good Student demonstrates the proper way to hold the brush and combt hat is ergonomically safe according the OSHA.
