Progressing
Some expression, but not consistent. Attempts to use voice to make text sound like natural language, but not all the time. Volume is generally soft.
Meeting

Excellent

Long pauses between words or phrases. Very choppy. Little, if any, attention to punctuation.
Progressing
A few pauses in the reading where the student stops to problem solve. Flow becomes disruptive. Pauses may be due to lack of preparation or failure to observe punctuation.
