Safety Choice Board Plot and Character Choice Board This rubric is used to score students' safety unit projects. Students chose whichever topic/project within safety that they wanted to complete. Comprehension of the topic Safety	Excellent Project demonstrates excellent comprehension of the topic safety.	Good Project demonstrates good comprehension of the topic safety.	Fair Project demonstrates fair comprehension of the topic safety.	Poor Project demonstrates poor comprehension of the topic safety
Completion	Excellent Project is complete, according to description on choice board, and on-time.	Good Small details are left out and/or project is late.	Fair Project is not complete and/or late.	Poor Project is totally incomplete and/or late.
Creativity	Excellent The project contains many creative details and/or descriptions that contribute to the audience's enjoyment. The student has really used his/her imagination. Good use of colors in each project.	Good The project contains a few creative details and/or descriptions that contribute to the audience's enjoyment. The student has used his/her imagination. Some colors were used in each project.	Fair The project contains a few creative details and/or descriptions, but they distract from the project. The student has tried to use his/her imagination. Very few color is used in each project.	Poor There is little evidence of creativity in the project. The student does not seem to have used much imagination. No color used in any of the projects.
Neatness	Excellent The project is readable, clean, neat, and attractive. It looks like the student took great pride in it.	Good The project is readable, neat, and attractive. It looks like the student took some pride in it.	Fair The project is readable and some of the project is attractive. It looks like parts of it might have been done in a hurry.	Poor The project is not neat or attractive. It looks like the student did not take pride in their project.
