Level 1 10 % Reaction- Participant reaction to the training, based on Diagnosis Interviews.	Excellent 90%-100% Goals were met. Training was productive.	Good 80%-89% Goals were met. Training was productive.	Fair 70%-79% Some goals met. Training was partially productive.	Unsatisfactory 69%- below Goals not me. Additional training and support needed in diversity and inclusion.
Level 2 20 % Learning - Participant knowledge based surveys, data, and observations.
