Organization	Beginning Student is unorganized and fumbles while gathering supplies.	Proficient Student is organized and has all the neccessary supplies ready.	Advanced Student is not only organized, but at ease in front of the class and the lesson runs without a hitch.
Critical Thinking/Questioning	Beginning Students do not demonstrate thinking critically or participate in any meaningful way.	Proficient Students participate, but they pose questions where the answers are obvious or do not involve a lot of thinking.	Advanced Student pushes their peers to think critically and analytically about the topic and there is active participation from the class.
Active Involvement/Activities	Beginning There is no chance for participation or active learning. No examples used or questions were asked.	Proficient Most of the time the students are engaged and actively working. Examples are used instead of just words.	Advanced Student gets their peers actively working and thinking and participating. Examples help to understand.
