Good Selection of details is used effectively to tell writer's story in a way that is gripping and respectful.	Fair Selection of details is adequate and tells a story honestly if somewhat vaguely or incompletely.	Poor Selection of details fails to tell the story either because the selections are inappropriate, unclear or used in a way that is disrespectful .
Narrative Structure	Exceptional Essay includes a number of events that provide character development over time and enrich their story by including meaningful events from before, during and after main events. All story elements are used effectively to tell a compelling story(setting, character, plot, exposition, conflict, climax, resolution)	Good Essay includes an adequate number of events from before, during and after the main events to provide adequate character development of their testimony to tell their story in a gripping and respectful way.
