Trainer demonstrates exceptional knowledge by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration as they relate to job specific tasks. Also shows students where to find help with information.
Eye Contact/Presence

Understanding people's needs by looking for unsure facial expressions, and gives appropriate eye contact.

Trainer presents all information without making eye contact to the rest of the group. Displays a tendency to distract the audience away from the training via tapping, fidgeting, motion.

Trainer minimally utilizes technological tools in training. Trainer lacks up-to-date interactive devices. When and if employed, the trainer ineffectively integrates technology into training.

Trainer struggles to integrate technological tools, devices or is minimally effective with incorporation within training.
Meets

Trainer conscientiously integrates technological tools, device or is mild effectiveness with incorporation within training.
Exceeds

Trainer effectively integrates technological tools and devices within training.
Differentiation

Demonstrates differentiated training techniques to meet the needs of a wide range of employees.

Poor

Trainer does not demonstrates any differentiated training techniques to meet the needs of a wide range of employees.
