Organization	Excellent The paper follows proper format with interesting transitions, stays on topic, and the paper flows well.	Good The paper somewhat follows proper format and most of the paper stays on topic and flows well, but the author may need more transitions.	Fair The paper does not follow proper format and the author attempts to create an organized paper, but needs to work on transitions and staying on topic.	Poor The paper was disorganized and difficult to follow. The author needs to work on significant revision.
Paper Length & Development	Excellent The paper is at least 1 page with well-developed paragraphs explaining the history.	Good The paper is at least 3/4 of the page and can work on better developing the paragraphs explaining the history.	Fair The paper is at less than 3/4 of the page and needs to develop better paragraphs explaining the history.
