The student's writing is unorganized and it provides very few details. The student did not fully follow the instructions and so their writing is lacking in coherence and theme.
Limited

The student's writing is unorganized and/or has little to no details. Instructions were not followed and so the theme of the assignment is not apparent.
Insufficient

Student attempted but did not complete the assignment.
Creativity

Excellent

The student uses creative items to express themselves. Their items are presented in a creative way.
Proficient

The student uses creative elements, but could have used more creative presentation.
Satisfactory

The lacks creativity. The student needs to add more items or explanations to complement their presentation.
Limited

Items obviously thrown together at the last minute. (Example, only materials found at school)
Insufficient

Student did not complete portfolio.
