Fair Steps are written in a non-step-wise fashion. Reader is unsure where to start.	Good Steps are clear. Reader may have some questions.	Excellent Clearly, structured procedure steps written so a reader can easily follow.
Organization The procedure includes a data table that can be used by the reader.	Poor Data table not included.	Fair Data to be collected in mentioned but not in an organized data table.
