	Poor 4 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 2 pts	Excellent 0 pts
Cooperation The process of working together to the same end.	Poor Student doesn't listen, doesn't follow directions, rules are not followed correctly.	Fair Student listens at times, somewhat follows directions and rules correctly.	Good Student listens, follows directions at times, and follows some of the rules.	Excellent Student listens attentively and follows class expectations and directions.
On-task the ability to folow through on directions and complete the task assigned	Poor Student does not complete assigned tasks on time.	Fair Student completes 50% of tasks on time, with the reminders of adults.	Good Student completes all assignments, but some are late and still reminders are needed to hand them in.	Excellent Student complets the majority of assignments on time and very rarely needs a reminder to hand in an assignment.
Participation (Effort) To be involved with others in doing something.	Poor Student doesn't participate with much effort, doesn't socialize with teammates. Doesn't offer any ideas or help.	Fair Student puts minimal amount of effort while particiating and only offers some ideas and help.	Good Student tries with some effort and suggests some ideas and help the team.	Excellent Student participates in activities to the best of their ability, giving their best effort every day.
Peer Interactions during class ability to relate appropriately with peers during the correct time	Poor Student had difficulty being respectful to his peers. He/she still needs reminders frequently about how to interact appropriately and when to interact with peers.	Fair Student is generally respectful with his/her peers. However, socialization is occurring regularly during instruction.	Good Student is respectful with his/her peers. However a reminder is necesssary 1-2 times per block to not talk during instruction.	Excellent Student is respectful with his/her peers. A reminder is necessary every once in a while to refrain from talking during instruction.
