Poor Behavior

Student is constantly a distraction to others. Student continuously finds ways to avoid completing assignments (ie;going to the bathroom constantly, getting a drink). Assignments are done with little effort or not completed at all.
Fair Behavior

Student is on task 70% of the time. Finishes some assignments with fair effort.
Good Behavior

Student is on task and completes assignments 80% of the time with good effort.
Excellent Behavior

Student is on task and completes assignments 90% of the time. Work is done with best effort.

Poor Behavior

Student ignores directions given by teacher/staff. Student requires 3 or more prompts to complete 1 direction.
Fair Behavior

Student is reluctant to follow directions. Student completes directions but with poor effort. Student completes directions with 70% accuracy.
Good Behavior

Student follows follows directions begrudgingly. Student completes directions with 80% accuracy first time given. Completes directions with adequate effort.
Excellent Behavior

Student completes direction with 90% accuracy first time given. Completes direction with good effort.
