Undertaking their roles	Poor Student did not put much effort into their role and were not dedicated to the work and enthused about their role	Below Average Student put slight effort into their role and wasn't very interested in the work given	Average Student put in a fair amount of effort and was somewhat enthused regarding their role and the work given	Above Average Student put in a good amount of effort into their designated role and worked hard when given a task	Excellent Student put in a large amount of effort into their role and were very dedicated, enthused and extremely hard working when given a task
Students worked well in their team	Poor Student took little or no interest in their team, and were only focused on themselves	Below Average Student took very minimal interest in their team and only helped out when they were asked or told to do something. They didn't do it on their own	Average student took interest in their team but didn't help out others unless it was required	Above Average Student took interest in their team and helped out whenever needed. They also helped leaders in getting the team to work together	Excellent Student took great interest in their team and were a leader whenever it came to teamwork. They tried to get everyone involved and participating in all team activities
Participation within the program	Poor Student did not participate in the games, and acted as if they were only there because they had to be	Below Average Student participated in the game a little only when the ball was given to them. They didn't go after the ball on their own	Average Students participated in the game, but not to the full extent that was required with all aspects of the sport	Above Average Student participated well in the game, receiving and passing the ball. They followed the game and tried to get involved where they could	Excellent Student participated very well in the game and continued to try and be involved. They followed the ball around and did the best that they could at all times
Teamwork and cooperation	Poor Student did not care for anyone else and never offered to help out when it was asked	Below Average Student only helped out when it was asked of them and didn't show much interest in helping others out	Average Student helped out each other but didn't show interest in going out of their way to do so	Above Average Student helped out when they could and offered help to their teammates if they needed it	Excellent Student was always the first to ask if anyone needed help and assisted their teammates all of the time when it was needed
Personal attire	Poor Student was never in the correct uniform for class and if they were it was not worn correctly	Below Average Student occasionally was in the correct uniform, but often was missing vital components e.g. Hat	Average Student was in the correct uniform sometimes and often wore the correct components but some were missing	Above Average Student was almost always in the correct uniform and only occasionally forgot some components	Excellent Student was always in the correct uniform and never forgot any components
