Fitness Testing - Assessment Rubric 
This rubric explains how your performance on the fitness assessment will be graded. Your grade will come from the six elements of the fitness assessment: pull-up, standing long jump, sit-ups, shuttle run test, and sit and reach test.

Girls: 11-15.
Student has met performance standard. Upper body muscular strength is within a healthy range.
Excellent Fitness Performance

Boys: 21 or more.
Girls: 16 or more.
Student has met performance standard. Upper body muscular strength is within an optimal healthy range.
Curl-Up Test (30 seconds)

Core abdominal muscular strength is at a low level and needs improvment.

Boys: 21-30.
Girls: 18-24.
Student has met performance standard. Core abdominal muscular strength is within a healthy range.

Boys: 31 or more.
Girls: 28 or more. Student has met performance standard. Core abdominal muscular strength is within an optimal healthy range.
Sit and Reach Test

Flexibility is at a low level and needs improvment.
