Organization and Symbols	Poor Pedigree Chart is organized incorrectly and/or symbols are used incorrectly.	Fair Some symbols are used correctly and organization is partially correct.	Good All symbols are used correctly and pedigree chart is organized correctly.
Chart	Poor Chart is not neatly hand written and is incomplete.<BR> 0 points if chart is missing	Fair Chart is not computer generated but may be neatly hand written.	Good Chart is computer generated, correctly organized and completed for all family members.
