Personal Fitness Workout Presentation 
Students are to create their own workout presentation based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The presentation/video must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of muscles. The video must be 7-10 minutes long and must be submitted on DVD or on a flash drive to be transferred to my computer or presented in front of the class.
