Confederation Cartoon and Confederation Meme Confederation Cartoon and Confederation Meme Students will make a political cartoon to represent the viewpoint(s) of one issue relation to Confederation. Content	Poor Student made up the cartoon without any factual basis and/or no political cartoon element is present.	Fair Student used opinions or feelings about the issue rather than actual information for the basis of their cartoon and meme and hinted toward a political cartoon element.	Good Student used actual information found during research and included an element typical of a political cartoon.	Excellent Student used real information about the issue of Confederation and used it to create humour in both the cartoon and the meme.
