Cosmetology Bleach Application Brush/Bowl
Students will apply lightener using 1/8" or smaller subsections, apply lightener to cold shaft first, applying lightener on top & underneath each subsection. Once processed 1-2 shades AWAY from desired shade re-apply to roots and ends
