Trainer utilized time management skills to ensure all of course content was delivered. Controlled discussion length. Moved to every part of the room during presentation consistently.

Trainer did a brief lead in to the course. Did not go over course content and delivery with learners in opening. Closed course abruptly and without the sharing of learners post training expectations.

Opened with the identification of course content and purpose. Closing was not easily understood based on the post-training expectations.
Proficient

Opened and closed the course with identification of course content and purpose. Made learners fully aware of expectations post training course.
