Promptness Student's Punctuality	Poor RARELY arrives to class on time.	Fair SOMETIMES arrives to class on time.	Good MOST OF THE TIME arrives to class on time.	Excellent ALWAYS arrives to class on time.
Preparedness Pencil and/or pen, book, notebook and/or journal	Poor RARELY comes to class with materials and supplies.	Fair SOMETIMES comes to class with materials and supplies.
