Introduction	Poor The task was not clear and/or the learner was unsure about what was expected of them.	Good The task was basically stated and explained.	Excellent The task was clearly stated. An understandable explanation of what the session would cover was given.
Knowledge	Poor The presenter did not know their subject matter and was not confident.	Good The presenter was able to convey information in an accurate manner.	Excellent The information taught was readily understood and it was clear that the presenter was well prepared and informed.
Skills development	Poor There was too much information and direction. There wasn't enough information and direction.	Good The task was easy but did not provide enough skill building and learning. The task was too difficult to complete within the time frame allowed but was enjoyable.	Excellent The task was fun, easy to master and quick to learn.
Presentation	Poor Demonstration and instruction of the assigned task was limited/poor. Presenter did not appear confident. Relied heavily on notes.	Good The presentation was organised and informative. The demonstration was good and instruction were clear. Read from notes.	Excellent The session was engaging and the information was presented with confidence. The demonstration was well presented. The presenter was not reliant on notes.
Time	Poor The presentation was too long/too short. Not enough time was allowed for the assigned task. Too much time was given to do task.	Good The time allotted was sufficient to complete task	Excellent The presentation was interesting and kept to the allotted time. There was enough time to complete the task with comfort.
Handout	Poor A very basic handout was provided.	Good The handout was good but did not fully cover the content of the task assigned.	Excellent The handout was well organised and informative.
