	Excellent 3 pts	Good 2 pts	Fair 1 pts	Undeveloped 0 pts
Punctuality	Excellent Student independetly managed time without prompting.	Good Student required minimal prompting to begin and stay on task. Only required 2-3 reclarifications.	Fair Required more then 3 reclarifications of task but didn't impact others around him to do task severly.	Undeveloped The job was complete but did not work; needed several major modifications.
following directions/routines	Excellent Followed directions to the letter. Utilized all needed information and materials independently. Used others for guides.	Good Followed directions. Required 2-3 reclarifications. Listened to others around him when needed.	Fair Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive but did not demonstrate independence in utilizing information and materials.	Undeveloped Did not follow directions for any of the task and at times refused to slow down to to task well.
acceptance of feedback	Excellent Student was able to communicate without assistance.	Good Student was able to communicate the task with little assistance.	Fair Student was able to communicate the task with moderate assistance.	Undeveloped Student was unable to communicate the task without major assistance.

Fair Student had/gathered most materials, however, they needed excess time to do so.	Undeveloped Student did not have/gather some of the needed materials to perform work.
Time Management	Excellent Routinely used time well throughout the project to get the job done on time.	Good Used time fairly well throughout the project.	Fair Procrastinated somewhat but did get the job done on time.	Undeveloped Was unable to adequately meet timeline due to inablility.
