Personal Fitness Workout 
Students are to create their own workout based upon the different workouts we have studied. The workout must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must include a written workout paper and a PP presentation for the class. The workout must be 30-45 minutes long.

Fair

Displays a distinct warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. Workout does not meet time requirements
Poor

Includes less than 5 moves. No distinct warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. Does not meet time requirements.
Neatness / Presentation
40 pts

Paper is written neatly and the PowerPoint is clear and creative.

Excellent

Shows clear understanding of the material and workout is creatively presented. Paper is very neat / easy to read and follow. Superior effort is shown throughout the paper and presentation.
Good

PowerPoint is complete with all information. Paper is readable but not as neat as could be.
Fair

PowerPoint is basic with little information. Paper is hard to read / unorganized.
Poor

Paper is messy / hard to read. Unorganized information and PowerPoint is not complete.
Participation

Did the student give 100% in creating/researching/performing in the video?

Always paid attention.
