Participation	Poor Studnet does not ask any questions and does not respond to any questions	Fair Student sometimes asks questions and answers questions about the text or material -this to include email/google classroom communications	Good Student asks appropriate questions and is able to critically think and ask questions that can relate to their business. or Communicates via Email/google classroom
Attendance	Poor Student has missed over 3 class days.	Fair Student has missed 1-2 class days.	Good Student has not missed any days
Timeliness	Poor Student is always late in handing assignments and is late in coming to class	Fair Student is late not more than twice during the semester.	Good Student hands in work on time and never late to class.
